School Uniform

uniformPupils in Year 1 and Year 2 should wear a school tracksuit consisting of new school sweatshirt, blue polo shirt and navy track bottoms. The children should also wear black shoes to and from school and only need indoor shoes for PE lessons.

All pupils from Year 3 to Year 7 should wear the regulation school uniform, which consists of:

Boys

Navy trousers, light blue shirt, navy jumper and school tie.

Girls

Navy skity, light blue shirt, navy jumper/cardigan and school tie.

All items of school uniform can he purchased from O'Hare's Fashions in Castlewellan. Parents please note that if children are to arrive home wearing the same clothes in which they left please ensure all items of uniform are clearly marked with the child's name. Unmarked items cannot always he identified.

All puplls must wear a pair of black school shoes to and from school. They may change Into trainers for PE or to play at break and lunch tlme if they so wish.

In the interest of safety only stud earrings are permitted to be worn in school. No other jewellery is allowed. This rule will be rigidly enforced. Pupils must either come to school with the ear ring covered or be able to take it out to participate in PE lessons.
